It’s a great, portable studio for musicians, with a few possibilities for bass players as well, when paired with AmpKit LiNK. AmpKit has a pleasant sound, is simple to use, and offers a wide range of settings. I updated my rating from one star to three stars today, but will not give this App five stars until the UI is updated with an OBVIOUS FUNCTIONAL RESTORE BUTTON. The Ampkit Link and iRig 2 are fantastic methods to incorporate your iPhone or iPad into your live guitar setup. AmpKit LiNK is an iPhone, iPod touch and iPad interface for electric. Considering that it has been a year since the last update, I consider the current RESTORE “bug” a major support flaw. The AmpKit LiNK audio interface raises the audio fidelity bar for the iPhone platform. SUPPORT promised to fix the RESTORE procedure in their next update. Though not at all obvious, their solution worked, and ALL PURCHASES WERE RESTORED!!! If you are having this same problem as I had, contact SUPPORT online directly, as I did, for the solution. UPDATE: I contacted SUPPORT, and they responded with the solution. I feel ripped off, to say the least!!! DO NOT BUY THIS APP UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED!!!
